Start by getting in touch with your local Carvers office or registering online. Tell us what you’re looking for, location, budget, and must-haves, that way we can keep you informed as soon as suitable properties come to market. - Arrange your finances
Before viewing, it’s a good idea to speak with a mortgage adviser and obtain an agreement in principle. This helps you understand your budget and shows sellers you’re ready to proceed. We can help with this. - View properties
We’ll arrange viewings at times that suit you, providing helpful insights about the property, the area, and the local market. - Making an offer
Once you’ve found your ideal home, we’ll help you submit an offer and guide you through the negotiation process. Our team will liaise with the seller on your behalf and keep you updated at every stage. - Instruct a solicitor and arrange a survey
After your offer is accepted, you’ll need to appoint a solicitor or conveyancer to handle the legal work. If you need a survey or valuation, our in-house Carver Surveying Services can provide professional RICS-registered reports. - Exchange and completion
When all checks are complete and contracts are signed, you’ll exchange contracts, making the purchase legally binding. Completion follows shortly after, and that’s when you’ll receive the keys to your new home.
